Seminar Overview: Eighty percent of the world (including Americans) are story-centric or oral learners. Most people prefer to learn and are more likely to be influenced through stories and music than through reading and writing. How do we teach, with clarity and accuracy, a listening world to hear and respond to God's Word? In this "hands-on" seminar, we will work to equip participants with story-centric strategies for sharing and studying the Scripture in order to impact unreached, unengaged communities

Tim serves as the Director of ReachGlobal's Story-centric Strategies. Tim raised his family in Africa and has ministered as a consultant and conference speaker in Africa, Asia, and the Americas. Tim has a Ph.D. in Education with a specialty in Leadership Development, Mentoring, and Orality. In 2016, Tim co-authored, leading with Story: Cultivating Christ-centered leaders in a Storycentric Generation (William Carey Library), and contributed "Ministry Opportunities/Storying" in Patterned: Sharing & Imitating Christ Together (BSC North Carolina).

Molly has served with Reach Global since 1999. She currently serves on Reach Global's Story-centric Strategies Team with a particular emphasis to equip and resource those ministering to women at risk. Molly's initial exposure to oral methods of studying the Bible occurred while living in Uzbekistan. When her family moved to Thailand, she began to combine oral strategies with ministry to trafficked women, Her passion for oral strategies has been fueled by the impact it has had on her personally and in her own spiritual renewal.

Cancellation Policy: If a participant must cancel their registration due to sickness or schedule conflict, we provide a one-year rescheduled option, with no loss of deposit. If Equip cancels a course due to low enrollment, we will inform all registered participants 1-month prior to the course date and deposits will be reimbursed. Participants are encouraged to make travel plans after the 1-month course confirmation date. Travel expenses are the sole responsibility of participants.
